Snow or shine, this place is open to those who work up an appetite in the outdoors. Modeled on the traditional German alm or alpine house, The Barvarian serves up German cuisine and a variety of German beers, some not easily found in the states. Enjoy traditional Spatzle, Goulaschuppe, Wienerschnitzel after earning the meal by sking Taos Ski Resort or hiking to the top of Wheeler Peak.
