(4 of 20) Taos Ale House (401 Paseo del Pueblo Norte; 575-758-5522) is a small-batch brewery on the north side of town. Owner/Brewmaster Jesse Cook can be found making a large variety of beers. The tasting room is a favorite of locals with board games, darts, and a pool table and the patio out front is full on sunny days. Parked semi-permanently next to the ale house is Gringo Taco Truck providing sustenance to hungry beer drinkers.
