Hit up Victory Bar on your crawl for propaganda decor inspired by the book “Nineteen Eighty-Four” by George Orwell and polished cocktails such as the Double-Plus-Good Martini made from New Amsterdam gin and housemade cucumber vermouth for $6.75.
