Trumer Pilsner Gumbo Cook-off

Head out to EaT: An Oyster Bar for an authentic gumbo cookoff featuring creative gumbo dishes prepared by guest chefs from bars and restaurants including Bunk, Free House, Acadia, Beaker & Flask, Lucky Strike. Each dish will be judged by jazz musician Reggie Houston and Rick Layne from Cajun’s Choice in addition to the people's choice award. Tickets at the door are $12 per person include gumbo tastes from each participating chef plus a Trumer Pilsner.
