First Sip: Belmont Station Hosts Breakside Brewery for the Release of Salted Caramel Stout

Breakside Brewery will release its Salted Caramel Stout for the second year in a row at Belmont Station on January 30, 2014 from 5 – 8 PM.

In addition to the Salted Caramel Stout on tap and available in bottle, brewers will be pouring free samples from all of Breakside's current bottled beers.

Salted Caramel Stout is a collaboration with Salt & Straw Ice Cream, the super popular ice cream stand that started on Alberta Street just a few years ago. This stout has a “luscious caramel flavor,” hints of sea salt and a smooth roasty taste.

One of Breakside’s most popular draft seasonals, this is one bottling you won’t want to miss.

6.7% ABV // 28 IBU
Malts: Two Row, Chocolate, Roasted Barley, CaraMunich, Flaked Barley
Hops: Newport
Special ingredients: salted caramel; sea salt
