Strawberry Pop-in
Raven & Rose (1331 SW Broadway; 503-222-7673)
Head through the front door of Raven & Rose and up the stairs to the Rookery bar, all located inside the historic Ladd Carriage House. We suggest the Strawberry Pop-in made from strawberry-lemon cordial (aged for a year) and Julian Hard Cider, garnished with a sprig of mint from Lisa Mygrant’s garden. The Pop-in is served 17th century-style but that doesn’t mean it’s laid back. The Pop-in is refreshing but be careful, the cordial made in-house is stronger than taste alone suggests.
