Noel at Upright Brewing
Try Upright Brewing’s seasonal, Noel, for a spicier, light wintertime brew. Although slightly lighter in finish and ABV (6.3%) it’s anything but lacking complexity; small amounts of hallertauer hops, hyssop, grains of paradise and muña muña (a minty herb from northern Argentina) are added post-fermentation.
