Autumn’s Fall at Ned Ludd
Beverage manager Jeremy Wilson created this cocktail for Nedd Ludd, and it includes Elijah Craig 12 year bourbon, lemon juice and maple syrup. Dashes of Fee’s Brother’s Old Fashioned bitters, Angostura bitters, and Peychaud’s bitters are all added. Next, this sweet nectar of fall is skaken, strained, and poured over rocks and topped with a splash of Sidra de Nava. No cocktail is complete without garnish, so Autumn’s Fall is topped with either Gravenstein apple slices or lightly pickled apples.
