Orchard Fire at Wildwood
In the Pearl, 'tenders at this cocktail lounge stir together Bull Run Temperance Trader bourbon, Boulard VSOP Calvados, Clear Creek Pear liqueur, and a bit of Laphroaig 10 year. The mix is then strained over a large cube and garnished with a flamed orange peel. The result is a drinkable, smoky fall cocktail.
