Interurban and Breakside Brewery Partner for Beer Release Party
Mississippi's Interurban will host Breakside Brewery's latest beer release with a backyard barbecue on Sunday, April 28th from 3-8 PM. Chef Drew Sprouse will move the kitchen outside and feature an entirely outdoor menu including ribs, pulled pork, and chicken, plus classic potato salad and Interurban's signature craft jello shots.
The menu is designed to pair with Breakside's newest flagship beer, Helles, a traditional Munich-style lager that highlights the simplicity of German pilsner malt. In addition, Interurban will also feature another Breakside new release, Triticale Weizen (an experimental wheat beer using Triticale--a hybrid of wheat and rye--grown and malted by Scot Laney of Eat Oregon First).
