Part of the Lightning Bar Collective, Jack Knife is a swanky cocktail and beer bar serving the downtown area. Bartenders serve drinks on the massive marble bartop, while patrons can relax around a fireplace or in the back rom, where there is a photo booth. It's a bit on the pricey side for drinks, but makes up for it with class.
