Bit House Saloon is a collaborative venture, the product of a group of Portland bartenders helmed by Jesse Card from the Knock Back. The goal was to create the friendliest, fastest, and accessible gastropub possible. Bit House sports a great cocktail menu, extensive whiskey list, affordable wine, and beer & shot pairings, as well as great bar food.
