So Cold began as a farmers’ market and music festival shaved ice operation in 2011 with the goal of providing the highest-quality, all-natural summer treat. After quickly becoming Portland’s premier shaved ice vendor, So Cold began teaming up with local distilleries to showcase spirits in craft cocktail form using their hand-crafted, whole-fruit syrups. While teamed up with 4 Spirits Distillery and Bull Run Distilling Company, So Cold has been featured as a part of Best of Portland 2013 by Willamette Week and touted as one of the top 5 ways to stay cool in Portland by Thrillist.
