Stop by the Pearl District bar from Tuesday–Saturday, December 11–15, to try specially crafted cocktails that translate this underappreciated spirit in an accessable yet inventive way.

In addition to shaking up drinks with traditional Norwegian and new American aquavits, Grier will also unveil New Nordic Porter, a collaboration beer from Breakside Brewery created specifically to compliment aquavit, with a strong caraway flavor tempered with plum, dill flower and fennel pollen.
