Deschutes/Hair of the Dog Collage Beer Dinner at Wildwood, May 14
Warm weather always brings the pairing of the river and our four-legged friends, but this time it’s Deschutes and Hair of the Dog who’ll be meeting up. In celebration of Collage (11.6% ABV), the first beer born out of Deschutes' Conflux Series, a dinner will take place at Wildwood Restaurant and Bar from 6:30–9:30 PM on Monday, May 14.
Meet the masterminds behind the collaboration —Gary Fish and Cam O’Conn of Deschutes and Alan Sprints of Hair of the Dog — while partaking in a six-course meal with beer pairings.
