First Thursdays Concerts in the Park Start May 3

A long standing Mt. Vernon tradition,WTMD Radio's First Thursdays, kicks off the 2012 Concerts in the Park series this Thursday, May 3. The Brewers Art will be serving delicious brews, and food will be available from Cazbar. Listeners can also choose to bring their own food into the west side of the Mt. Vernon park located near the corner of Cathedral St. and Monument St.
This Thursday Joe Louis Walker, Diego Garcia and The Happen-ins will be showcasing on the stage sponsored by 89.7 WTMD. So bring a lawn chair and some friends for what is sure to be a good time.
