Menu highlights for the dinner include passed appetizers like Baked Pearl Point Oysters Rockefeller, Pickled Shrimp & Chicken Skewers, and Butter Lettuce Cups with Celery Root & Toasted Hazelnut Remoulade paired with Double Mountain Meadow Lane; Cured, Roasted & Stuffed Pig Arm on a Winter Vegetable Panzanella Salad with Dried Fruits & Cider Brown Butter paired with Double Mountain Dry Cider; Whole Roasted Trout & Stuffed Butter Clams paired with Double Mountain IPA Gypsy Stumper;  sides like Wheat Berry Persimmon Risotto and Charred Escarole Hearts dressed in PX Sherry & Roasted Garlic Vinaigrette; and a dessert of Double Mountain Chaos Reign Stout Chocolate Almond Upside down Cake with Malted Crème Anglaise.
