It’s hard to believe that we’re already deep into October, and that fall has started. Our verdant city is enflamed each October as leaves shift to vivid oranges, reds, and yellows. And our menus change, too. Portland prides itself on its seasonality when it comes to our food and drink, from our farm to table approach to cuisine to our seasonal beers. So too, do our cocktails reflect the change of the seasons.
