The Portland Fresh Hops Beer Festival will take place at Oaks Amusement Park on October 3 and 4. Admission is free and minors are allowed, but you of course have to be over 21 to drink. To sample beer, attendees must purchase a festival glass and tokens, which are cash only. For $15, you'll get a glass + 5 drink tickets, $20 gets you a glass + 10 drink tickets and $40 gets you two glasses + 20 drink tickets.

In addition to beer, there will be food by Philadelphia's Steaks & Hoagies and Urban German. There will also be a variety of vendors on site so you can shop while you sip.
