Celebrate National Rum Day with Don Q and Caliche Rum Specials, Aug 16

National Rum Day falls on August 16, which happens to be a Saturday this year. That means you can indulge without worrying about that 6 AM alarm clock or 7 AM meeting. Unless you do have to work on Sunday, in which case, we’re terribly sorry.

The #1 selling rum in Puerto Rico is taking Philly by storm on Saturday. Don Q and Caliche Rum invite you to come out for rum and Cokes, Dark and Stormys, Pina Coladas, or any rum concoction you can dream up. Head to Fishtown's newly opened tiki joint The Yachtsman between 5 and 7 PM for $8 Tree Frogs and Missionary Downfalls, and then make your way over to Mixto from 7–9 PM for Don Q and Caliche specials and giveaways.
