Blend Your Own Wine Dinner with Hawks View Cellars at Urban Farmer, August 28

The popular Sherwood, Oregon winery, Hawks View Cellars will host a Blend Your Own Wine dinner at Urban Farmer on Thursday, August 28. 

Hawks View Cellars’ owner and winemaker, A.J. Kemp, will showcase how to blend Hawks View Cellars Merlot, Malbec, Petit Verdot, and Cabernet Sauvignon while dining on an array of dishes prepared by Urban Farmer’s Chef de Cuisine Chris Starkus. Dishes include a raw bar, deviled egg trio, cheese and a family style surf 'n turf featuring salt-roasted cod and grilled beef.

The cost is an all-inclusive $65 per person. Call Urban Farmer at 503-222-4900 to reserve tickets.
