Ecliptic Brewing Lunation Dinner Series

Ecliptic Brewing will begin a dinner series with beer pairings the first Tuesday of every month starting February 4th. The $45/person all-inclusive price point is a steal in a city full of dinner series and pairing events that easily cost more than $100.
Brewer John Harris and Executive Chef Michael Molitor are raising the bar of brewpub offerings with courses such as fried oysters, poached egg yolk, shellfish cocktail and grilled yellowtail. A new menu and pairings will appear each month evolving with the series and by the season. Reservations required.
Lunation Dinner Series menu ($45) for February 4th at 6:30 PM:
One: Fried Oysters, Poached Egg Yolk, Pancetta with NGC 811 Pale
Two: Shellfish Cocktail, Fennel, Blood Orange with Spica HefePils
Three: Grilled Yellowtail, Baby Kales, Uni Mousse with Arcturus IPA
Four: Stout Float with Mintaka Stout.
