MilkBoy is having a belated celebration of Scottish bard Robert Burn's birthday with 4 scotches and 3 courses on Wednesday, January 29. Macallan rep Jason Long will be on hand to help with the tasting. Reservations are required and can be made by calling 215-925-6455.
The menu for the evening includes:
A welcome glass of Macallan Cutty Sark Prohibition-- a 100 proof blended scotch.
First Course: Highland Park 12 paired with Duck Confit, roasted chestnuts, pear preserves
Second Course: Highland Park 15 paired with Roasted Pork Loin, confit potato, mustard greens, smoked apple relish
Third Course: Highland Park 18 paired with Warm Banana Bread, candied walnuts, malt chocolate ice cream, and fried bananas.
