Saisons were traditionally brewed for summer drinking, and Portland seems to have taken that history to heart. This unique saison was brewed with pink peppercorns and lychee fruit to compliment the complex and spicy flavors found in any dish at Smallwares. While this new resto collab is far from traditional, it still makes for a great summer refreshment. Try this beer paired with the inspiration at Smallwares or the more drink-focused Barwares (6.5% ABV).
