Watch out, Portland — Beer Wars IPA Fest is coming to 10 Barrel Brewpub! Here is your chance to taste 30 different IPAs from five different states on Saturday, August 27 starting at 5 PM.

This year the best breweries from Oregon, California, Washington, Colorado and Idaho will all be there. This is a chance to try beers you can’t find anywhere else. There will be blind tasting and voting from 5 PM - 8 PM along with live music. Winning IPAs will be announce shortly after 8 PM.

Breweries include:  

Oregon - 10 Barrel (Bend), 10 Barrel (Portland), Barley Browns, Boneyard, Breakside, Buoy and Deschutes.
California – 21st Amendment, Ballast Point, Golden Road, Green Flash, Lagunitas and Stone.
Colorado – Breckenridge, Denver Beer Company, Great Divide, New Belgium, Oskar Blues and Zephyr.
Idaho – 10 Barrel (Boise), Boise Brewing, Payette, Sawtooth, Sockeye, and Woodland Empire.
Washington – Black Raven, Elysian, Georgetown, Naked City, Silver City and Two Beers.

Entry is free, but you do need to purchase a tasting glass and tasting tokens to try the beer. Glasses are $5 and tokens are $1 each. 10 Barrel is located at 1411 NW Flanders St.
