On Thursday, 4th of July, celebrate Independence Day at Percy Street with specials on beer cocktails and American-inspired menu additions. The popular restaurant will open early at 11:30 AM and is the perfect place for people on their way to -- or coming back from -- the city's famed fireworks displays.
Fourth of July drink specials will run from 11:30 a.m. until 5 p.m. and will include: The Pineapple Shandy, a new summer cocktail that floats a frozen pineapple-rum cube into a Brooklyn Summer Ale ($5); and Hillbilly Gatorade, Miller Hi-Life with pickle juice and barbecue sauce ($3).
